Dr. Md. Milan Hossain, Associate Professor in Law currently serves as a Dean, School of Law, BU. He is also Proctor of the University. He started the academic career in Northern University Bangladesh as a Lecturer in Law in 2008 and continued there up to 2014. He completed his LLB (Hons) & LLM from University of Dhaka. He was awarded PhD by Jahangirnagar University upon thesis entitled ‘Judiciary and Citizens’ Rights: Bangladesh Perspective’. His research papers were published in national and international journals on effective judiciary, citizens’ rights, intellectual property, trademark, copyright, pre-emption etc.
